Step 1: Import a Video

Begin by launching the Grab Picture app on your device. To capture a picture, you'll first need to import a video. Click on the "Import Video" button to select the video file from your device's storage. The app will load the video, allowing you to proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Use the Slider to Navigate

Once your video is loaded, you'll see a video player interface. Use the slider to navigate to the specific section of the video where you want to capture a picture. This feature allows you to find the perfect frame for your snapshot.

Step 3: Fine-Tune with Frame Adjustment Buttons

To further fine-tune your selection, you can use the "+/- 1 frame" or "+/- 5 frames" buttons. These buttons let you advance or rewind the video by a single frame or in larger increments of five frames. This precision ensures that you get the exact moment you desire for your picture.

Step 4: Save the Picture

Once you've selected the ideal frame, it's time to capture it. Click on the "Save" button. This action will save the chosen frame as a picture in your photos app.
